Welcome to our January newsletter! We are excited to kick off the new year with a bang, bringing you all of the latest news and updates from London Jet Charter.
Terry has started 2023 by hitting the roads and training for the London Landmarks Half Marathon.
Terry will be fundraising for RMA – The Royal Marines Charity, – below are a few words on the challenge from Terry…
“In April 2023, I will be taking on the huge challenge of running the London Landmarks Half Marathon to celebrate my 67th birthday. I have found the Marines to be a family, my father was in the Corp throughout the war and was at D-day and Burma, although he never spoke about this he was awarded a large number of medals. I was much more fortunate to serve in more peaceful times and carrying on the tradition one of my sons is currently serving in the Marines. Recently a number of my former comrades whom I had served with have passed away, I thought this would be a good opportunity before I have to account for my previous actions to our commander in the sky to do some good.
Due to a number of health issues I have not so much as run for a bus for many years, they say you cannot make fine Steel without putting it through fire and water, so to the great amusement of my family I have started training. My first course of action has been to dunk myself in freezing water every day, apparently this is good for you, however the main benefit I have noticed so far is it gives me a chance to focus on the madness of my forthcoming challenge.

Though the racing world has grown over the last decades, this race through the narrow streets of Monte Carlo is still number one.
Monaco is always challenging and exciting. No race captures the essence of Formula One quite like the Monaco Grand Prix, this year the 80th anniversary.
Mingle with stars, VIPS and race track drivers and be amazed with the many super yachts and sports cars. Travel to St. Tropez on Friday for lunch, party at
SASS Cafe on Saturday night and enjoy the race from our roof terrace during the Grand Prix Weekend.
It is a true bucket list weekend.

1. Full Package – ELITE – Friday till Monday
What your guest can expect during the Full Package – Elite.
FRIDAY
– Shuttles from the airport towards hotel (check-in from 14.00h)
– Hotel – stay at Mercure Hotel Nice – 4-stars – 2 persons per room / Singel room + €2.000,-
– Dinner on Friday night for a maximum spend of €300,- per person. (Or just the reservation, and guest pay there selves). (Sass cafe, or similar)
– Shuttle back towards hotel
SATURDAY
– Per yacht (Pardo 38, or similar) from Nice to Monaco, with a stop in Bake de Saint-Laurent for a swim and some drinks. (weather must be good)
– Around 12.00h we arrive in Port de Fontvieille from where we walk towards our roof terrace (+/- 15 minutes)
– Roof Top Terrace – ELITE style. Above start/finish – 70% view over the track. Open bar, hostess, lunch and other finger food, television, etc.
– Per yacht we will go towards Anjuna (around 18.30h) where we have reserved a table and the party will be hectic.
– Dinner and drinks including to a maximum spend of €300,- per person. (Or just the reservation, and guest pay there selves).
– Shuttle back towards hotel.
Afterwards, we can visit one of the parties (Lily’s Club, SAS Cafe, etc) in Monaco*.
*At your own expense/cost.
SUNDAY
– Per shuttle towards our roof terrace
– +/- 10 minutes walk from our drop-off location
– Arrival at roof terrace around 11.00h or later depends on your group.
– After the race there is a possibility we will give a afterparty on the roof terrace. Just for 50 people. we don’t have this concrete yet.*
*price not included in package
– After the race, if there is no afterparty, people can decide what they want; back to the hotel, dinner in the port of Monaco or to one of the other parties.
Everything on your own. We provide the shuttles until +/- 00.00h, after that will be on your own / cost.
MONDAY
– Check-out from hotel (check-out until 12.00h)
– Shuttle towards the airport
