NEW TO FLYING ON A PRIVATE JET?

If this is your first time on a private jet your experience will be very different from any commercial flight you have taken before.

When should I arrive?

You will need to arrive 15 – 30 minutes before your flight, depending on the airport and size aircraft, you will generally either park at the terminal entrance where your luggage will be taken in for you, or you will drive directly to the aircraft steps.
(Don’t worry you won’t go to the wrong jet, one of the airport staff will be in a vehicle at the gates and you will follow them along the apron and directly up to your aircraft).

What documentation should I bring?

London Jet Charter operates on a non-ticket basis, we will have your details ahead of time, and you need to bring your passport, visa or ID depending on where you are flying. If you are travelling with your pets, they will need a pet passport and vaccination record. (We will advise on booking if there are any other requirements for your pets).

Can I change passengers last minute?

Yes, you can change or increase the numbers of who will be flying. You will need to send their information before departure so they can be precleared.

Will my luggage get scanned?

This depends on the size of the aircraft. If your luggage does need to be scanned, you will be in a private part of the terminal so the scanning process is extremely quick and with no queues, The baggage allowance is per aircraft not per person, so you should have more than enough room for everything you want to take.
